The sales personnel receive quotes and manually check the discount applied. If the applied discount needs to be increased for a particular customer, then the staff must request approval from the manager and, depending on the approval, proceeds to make data entry in SalesForce. The staff would also send an appropriate email to the customer.
The Robot would read the quotes from the pipelines. Then extract the required information and send it for approval, based on the pre-set conditions. After the user action (approval/rejection), the Robot would then create the appropriate entry in Salesforce and also send an email to the customer. This is a Human-in-the-Loop automation solution.
