Rajan joins us as Partner to take the position of the overall Head of Invenics India. He is an accomplished leader having worked in the industry for over 30 years in senior roles, primarily in the upstream Oil & Gas sector.

Having held senior positions with large multinational and listed companies like ONGC, Cairn Energy, British Gas and ROC Oil, Rajan has substantial experience of building organisations whilst engaging with partners, suppliers, regulatory bodies and government departments. He has been responsible for looking after technical strategy, operations, engineering, IT solutions, finance and HR in complex projects worth several hundred million $. His overall experience will be a huge asset as we establish and grow our operations in India.

Rajan has already been heavily engaged over the last couple of months in setting up Invenics India and has driven the completion of the required regulatory processes. Going forward he will drive the recruitment, compliance, financial planning, business development and all other associated matters as we ramp up the India team. Additionally, he will play a role in our global strategy as we expand in other countries in due course.
